We are an independent UAE-based retailer of original chocolate bars.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable nature of chocolate products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or delivered.

Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives significantly damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request assistance by:

• Contacting us within 24 hours of delivery
• Providing clear photo evidence of the product and outer packaging
• Including your order number in the message

Once reviewed and verified, we may arrange a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Minor cosmetic changes, softening due to warm weather, or slight melting during transit do not qualify as defects, as this does not affect product quality or taste.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.


International Orders

International shipments via DHL Express are final sale.
Import duties, VAT, or customs charges (if applicable) are determined by local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
