    Yes. All chocolate bars we sell are 100% original and sourced within the UAE.
    We operate as an independent reseller and are not affiliated with any specific brand.


    Are you open 24/7?

    Yes — our website accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    Customer support and delivery operations run around the clock where available.


    Do you offer same-day delivery?

    Yes.

    Dubai & Abu Dhabi:
    We provide priority same-day delivery, typically within 1–10 hours.
    Most central locations receive orders in approximately 1 hour, depending on demand and traffic conditions.

    How are other UAE Emirates delivered?

    Orders to Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain, and other Emirates are shipped via:

    DHL Domestic (Fully Tracked)
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

    Tracking details are sent via email once dispatched.


    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes — all international orders are shipped exclusively via:

    DHL Express (Fully Tracked & Signature Delivery)

    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days to most destinations, subject to customs clearance in your country.

    Tracking details are emailed once your parcel leaves Dubai.


    Are international duties and taxes included?

    Import duties, VAT, or customs charges (if applicable) are determined by your country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.


    How can I track my order?

    • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: Delivery updates are sent via WhatsApp and/or email.

    • Other Emirates & International: DHL tracking details are sent via email after dispatch.

    Please ensure your contact details are entered correctly at checkout.


    What payment methods do you accept?

    What if my chocolate arrives softened?

    Due to warm climates, chocolate may soften during transit. This does not affect quality or taste.
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and we will assist promptly.


    Do you accept returns?

    Due to the perishable nature of chocolate, returns are not accepted.
    If there is an issue with your order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly.


    Can I change or cancel my order?

    Orders are processed quickly to maintain freshness and delivery speed.
    Changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has begun.


    Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    DHL requires a physical delivery address and valid contact number.
    PO Box-only addresses cannot be accepted.


    Are your products halal?

    Yes — all ingredients used in the chocolate bars we sell are halal-compliant.


    How should I store my chocolate?

    Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
    Ideal temperature: 18–22°C.
